By the request of the FIP, the FIP has gone inactive. The FIP will have to remain inactive until they can find sufficient funding and an appropriate Chinese processor able support the FIP and claim ownership of the UoA

3. FIP Implementation	Dec 19	FIP activities undertaken 11 December 2019 — Monitoring systems of secondary species were recorded by observer data and captured throught the entire fishing season. 11 December 2019 — Updates made to the FMP 5 November 2019 — The developed harvest strategy was implemented for the fishing season between April - August 2019. The logbook data showed that 2019 was a very different year on record, due to a intense Typhoon hitting the Defeng district. 1 November 2019 — The 2019 stock assessment was conducted and showed no apparent decline in spawning stock biomass, using the catch- effort size data from obsevers and the purchasing data from Baolong. There was no evidence that the stock status is overfished or that overfishing occureed in 2018 or 2019 and that this is likley to remain the case unless the fishery changes significantly. 1 October 2019 — ETP Report Produced 1 October 2019 — The ETP strategy has been included, reviewed and updated. Rules, management regulations, reporting processes and penalties for non-compliances are all outlined in the FMP. 1 October 2019 — Management plan prepared to review the breaches in the fishery 1 May 2018 — Stock assessment report based on site visit and finidings made available 1 March 2018 — Stock Assessment specialist appointed and field visit scheduled for May 2018 in line with TOR
4. Improvements in Fishing Practices and Fishery Management	Jan 21	Verifiable improvement in policy/management and fishing practices 25 January 2021 — BMT score 3.1.1 increase; Collation and review of laws and local management is made explicit in the FMP and dispute resolution procedure has been strengthened 25 January 2021 — BMT score 1.2.3 increase; A review of the harvest Strategy has been undertaken yearly 2018, 2019 and 2020 by a P1 third party specialist, post fishing season to ensure that the HCRs are applicable to give flexibility to the harvest strategy 30 July 2020 — Increase in BMT score 3.1.2; Co-management with the Bureau of Fisheries i.e. in catch accounting, joint management (evidence from meeting participant lists and minutes). 30 July 2020 — Increase in BMT score 3.2.3; The BoF and China have provided a comprehensive monitoring, control and surveillance system in the Crayfish fishery and is described fully in the FMP 30 July 2020 — Increase in BMT score 1.2.2; HCR have been assessed to the FMP and recent catch data reports show the HCR are appropriate and are keeping the stock at MSY or fluctuating around MSY 30 July 2020 — Increase in BMT score 3.2.2; An established and clear decision making process has been developed to define the different roles of the permanent co-management partners and has been written into the FMP 30 July 2020 — Increase in BMT score 2.5.3; Ecological risk assessment conducted for red swamp crayfish in the Doulong river system and the neighbouring Yancheng Nature Reserve. 30 July 2020 — Increase in BMT score 3.2.4; Mechanisms are in place to evaluate and review all parts of the crayfish fishery specific management system which is described in the FMP 30 July 2020 — Increase in BMT score 2.2.2; Management measures have been included and formalized- MLS (4 cm for M. nipponense & 100 g for C.
